JV Invitationals Saturday December 11th @ Arvada West High School


Directions: (approx 35-45 minutes)
Arvada West High School, 11325 Allendale Drive, Arvada, CO 80004
• From I-70 (east or west)
• Take the KIPLING exit and head NORTH on Kipling.
• Left (West) on 58th Avenue (Lutz Softball/Baseball Fields will be on the left).
• Right (North) on Quail street for approximately 1/2 mile to Allendale Drive.
• Arvada West is on the corner of Quail and 64th


Spectator Admission:
• Adults $8.00 (please encourage exact change)
• Students (K-12) & Seniors $6.00 (please encourage exact change)
• PreSchool – no charge
• All CSCA Members - FREE


General Schedule
8:15am - 9:00am Team Registration (Coach must be present with waivers completed)
• 9:00am MANDATORY Coaches Meeting (please notify us in advance if you are not able to attend
• 9:00am Doors Open for Spectators
• 9:30am Warm-up Begins (please report to warm-up ½ hour prior to your performance time)
• 9:30am Judges Meeting
• 9:55am National Anthem
• 10:00am Competition Begins
• 1:45pm Awards
• Please be flexible with the schedule. It is our intent to run a smooth and efficient competition.
However, events out of our control could cause delays. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Concessions: Concessions will be available.

Event T-shirts/DVD’s:
• DVD’s - $15 each (Available on event day)
• Tshirts - $20 day of the event (limited supply, in 2009 sold out!)

Seating:
Dancers will perform in one direction and cheers will perform to the opposite side of the gym.
This will allow maximum visibility to the team you support. Please remember, no saving seats.

All Girls must fill out this waiver and turn it into me by WEDNESDAY!

Our Schedule:

7:00am Meet at Heritage High School COMPETITION READY
7:00-7:30am: Team Meeting/Warm up stunts, WAKE UP! :)
7:35am to 7:55am: Breakfast
7:55am to 8:00am: Head to vehicles and carpool over
Leave Heritage no later than 8:05
8:40/8:50: Arrive @ Arvada West (carpoolers drop girls off at registration entrance before parking)
8:50: Register and head to assigned area for Heritage
9:00am: Stretch and focus (I will be in a coaches meeting at this time)
9:30am: Report to Warmup area
9:40: Warm Up Mats
9:56: On Deck
10:00am PERFORMANCE

After we perform we will immediately have a team picture taken:

If paid for at event photos are 15.00 each
If order is mailed in after event they are 17.50 each.
You may purchase one or both poses. Please have cash or check ready to pay after we compete.
**I can collect money in a LABELED ENVELOPE Saturday morning before we leave for competition to redistribute after you compete. It MUST be in a labeled envelope or I will not take it.
