RME Hair Attire

If you are going to wear anything on your head besides a hair tie and/or bobby pins at practice and RME, please wear a white bow only. A white bow coordinates with all practice outfits and is consistent with the head attire that you will wear at games and competitions.

Western Welcome Week is Saturday, August 21st from 10:00am - 12noon. The Grand Parade begins at Littleton Blvd. and Gallup St. heads west on the north side of Littleton Blvd., continues through downtown Littleton on Main Street, turns south at the end of Main Street onto Rapp Street, and ends at Arapahoe Community College at Rapp and Church Streets. Welcome Coach Thompson!

I'd Like To Introduce Coach Thompson
It is with great pleasure that I introduce Coach Nancy Thompson. Coach Thompson will be joining our staff and we could not be happier. She comes to us with a wealth of experience in cheerleading. Coach Thompson coached with Coach B at Ponderosa High School the last two years. She has two daughters, Jen & Taylor. Jen cheered at Grandview High School for 4 years and went on to cheer at UNC for 2 years. Taylor was a pom on the Pom Squad at Grandview High School.
Please introduce yourself to her. She will be a wonderful addition!

Practices will start up next week, Tuesday/Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30 for the next two weeks until I am aware of when stunt clinic/choreography camp will be. Please be patient as I get the rest of the schedule together :)

Also reminder, you will receive your uniform once your July balance is paid. Bring your money to Coach B or myself at RME on Monday :)

Tumbling Clinic

Coach Amanda is planning a tumbling clinic at Castle Rock Gym on Thursday, July 22nd from 4:30pm - 6:30pm. She will be bringing in additional coaches for this clinic. The cost of the clinic will be $5.00 per athlete. This is a tremendous opportunity to work with outstanding coaches. Let me know if you have any questions. Updates!!

Girls and Parents,

July bills will be handed out tonight at RME. There is a correction on recieving your uniforms, you will recieve them after your July balance has been paid. The way the bills are set up on the spread sheet you "pay" for your uniforms in your July payment. Please email me if you have any questions.


Girls, make sure you are staying on top of your running, conditioning, and cheers as there will be a TEST when you get back including a two mile run and cheer check. Practices will start back up the last week of July and I will post the schedule on the calendar by the end of this week. :)


See you at RME Tonight. I will be a few minutes late as usual because of rush hour traffic traveling from work in cherry creek to the gym. See you when I get there.

Work hard! You are all improving so much.


You need to be getting in touch with Coach Amanda for tumbling privates!!! She has not recieved any calls and all of you could use the extra work!

You must have your backhandsprings and/or backtucks by competition!!!

Please remember to keep paying your RME payments. Even if you are out of town you are expected to still pay and if you do not pay you (your daughter) will have to sit out.


Choreography camp and stunt clinic will be posted soon. Please keep an eye out for those as well! They will be MANDATORY. No excuses.

Parents: You may give either me or Coach B your payments, whoever is there.
